2019年度 第13回環境安全見学会(本郷)11/13（水）の受講者募集について
下記のとおり「環境安見学会」を開催いたします。
環境安全講習会を受講し、講習の最後のテストに合格し、環境安全見学会に
参加することで、環境安全講習修了証を取得できます。本学で化学
物質を取り扱う方の受講を強く推奨しております。また、化学的有害廃棄物を
排出するには環境安全講習修了証の取得が義務づけられております。
なるべく「環境安全講習会」、「環境安全見学会」の順番で受講して下さい。
講習会および見学会受講希望者は、下記の環境安全教育受講管理システム
（学内専用アクセス）よりお申し込み下さい。

【注意】
（１）申込の際には職員証または学生証の右下に記載されている10桁の個人IDが
必要となります。個人IDをお持ちでない方が受講を希望される場合には、庶
務チームまでご相談願います。
（２）薬学部で研究・教育活動をされている方の中で、他部局の身分（医学部、
情報学環等）の方は、システムに入力する内容について、環境安全研究
センター（22972）に直接お問い合わせください。
受講者は、当日、職員証あるいは学生証を持参下さい。
なお、事前の申し込みなしに当日会場に来られても受講できません。

Environment and Safety Tours for Japanese and English speakers will be held as follows.

Date： Wednesday, 13th November, 2019
Time： [1st group] 13:00 -(English) [2nd group] 14:00 -(Japanese)
[3rd group] 15:00 -(English) [4th group] 16:00 -(Japanese)
Place： Environmental Science Center Main Bldg., 1st floor

Capacity： 17 people for each tour
Due date for application： Wednesday, 6th November, 2019
The Environmental Science Center issues an “Environment and Safety
Course Certificate” to the participants who meet the following three conditions:
- Attendance of the Environment and Safety Course
- Success in the examination given at the end of the Course
- Attendance of the Environment and Safety Tour
Attendance of the Environment and Safety Course is suggested for all the
faculty members, staff, students and researchers who handle chemical
substances, regardless of whether they belong to this university. Since
April 2002, acquisition of the Environment and Safety Course Certificate
has become a necessary condition for requesting the disposal of
laboratory wastes to the Environmental Science Center.
Everyone who wants to attend should apply through the web-based
Attendance Management System for EHS education whose access is limited
in campus.
