にITC-LMS上で人を対象とする研究の全学倫理講習会が開催されます。

受講希望者は下記【受講登録方法】を参照の上、
ITC-LMS（情報基盤センターの学習管理システム）より各自受講下さい。

【人を対象とする研究の倫理講習会】
「人を対象とする医学系研究に関する指針」あるいは「ヒトゲノム・遺伝子解析研究に
関する指針」が対象とする研究を実施する研究者は必ず受講。
最終受講から２年を経過している方は再受講。

   全学人を対象とする研究の倫理講習会　オンライン開催のお知らせ

　人を対象とする研究は様々な分野で行われ、その実施にあたって倫理
審査を必要とする研究があります。臨床研究や健康に関わる疫学研究
（人を対象とする医学系研究*）、ヒトＥＳ細胞使用研究やヒトゲノム
解析研究等には、指針や法で倫理審査を義務づけています。また、運動
や機器の操作等を伴う研究や質問紙・聞き取り調査を行う研究、バンク
やデータベースの使用する研究等の中にも、倫理的な配慮、個人情報保
護や安全の確保、学術雑誌・学会や共同研究先の条件等の理由から倫理
審査が求められる場合があります。
　そして、個人情報保護法の改正に伴い、研究で利用する試料・情報の
中に個人情報として取り扱いが必要となりその取得に当たって十分な配
慮を要するケースも多くなります。

本学の新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止策の指針にもとづき、
学内会議は「会議・講義は原則オンラインに移行」（レベル3）との方針にしたがって、
例年開催している標記の講習会を、ITC-LMSで開催します。　
本講習会では、人を対象とする研究を実施する上で配慮すべきポイン
トと倫理審査申請での注意点を中心に具体的に説明します。こうした研
究を予定している方は是非ご参加ください。また、不明な点や確認した
い点がある方のご参加もおすすめします。

※「人を対象とする医学系研究に関する指針」あるいは「ヒトゲノム・
遺伝子解析研究に関する指針」が対象とする研究を実施する研究者は
受講してください。

方　法　：　ITC-LMS（情報基盤センターの学習管理システム）上での開催

【受講登録方法】
①参加者は下記のITC-LMS（※UTokyo Accountが必要、学外利用可）より各自「受講登録」して下さい。

②受講登録後、「教材」欄にある講習会動画を各自視聴して下さい。
　（著作物保護のため、動画のダウンロードはできません。）
　「教材」欄に講習会資料もありますので、必要に応じてご利用下さい。
③動画視聴後、6月30日までに赤色の「出席送信」ボタンをクリックし、
　送信画面でコメントに「部局・専攻・研究室・職位/学年」を入力してから送信してください。　
　（実験を行っている部局が所属部局の他にある場合は両方入力してください。）
　上記二点は受講者の確認に必須であるため、必ず行ってください。
　その際必要なパスワードは”vyjingeh”になります。
④「テスト」からテストを受験して下さい。70点以上で合格となります。
　70点に満たない場合は繰り返し回答できます。

Education and Training for research Ethics for Human in the University of Tokyo

For all of students, faculty members and other researchers who conduct Human subject researches in UTokyo,
the ON-LINE program for the education and training in ENGLISH will be held by Office for Life Science
Research Ethics and Safety. The program, in order to ensure proper care and use of human subjects, is
intended to inform the relevant laws and university regulations and guidelines.

Date; April 30, 2020 (Thursday) – June 30, 2020 (Tuesday)　August 31, 2020 (Monday)　October 31, 2020 (Saturday)　March 31, 2021 (Wednesday)　(extended!)

 For Human Subject Research

Method;
 ITC-LMS (Learning management system by Information Technology Center of Utokyo)

Applying order;
1. Click “Register a Course” by following URL. (Utokyo Account is required)

2. Watch the training video in the “course materials”.
    (Videos cannot be downloaded in the protection of copyrights of works)
    There are also texts in the “course materials”.
3. Click “Submit Attendance” on the top of the screen by June 30 and
    Enter your School/Faculty, Department, Laboratory and position/grade in the Comments fieldsof the submitting screen.
    (Enter all Schools/Faculties when you perform experiments in the anotherSchools/Faculties.)
   Those two steps in the above are necessary for the attendance confirmation.
   Password are as follows; vyjingeh
 4. Answer the quiz. Score of 70 or higher is required to pass.

Notes;
*　The mail address beginning with personal number in ten figures (printed in identification cards) are required to log in your Utokyo Account.
　If you have forgotten your password or don’t have any account, please complete the procedure while referring to the following website by Division for Information and Communication System.

　If you are logging in for the first time, you will need an initial password.
　Because each department has to confirm the initial password, it may be difficult for each department to do so under the current activity restrictions.
